Make plans for RadioActivity 2009
| Celebrating MAARC's Silver Anniversary, 1984 - 2009! |
| RadioActivity 2009 OEC Catagories | Home Page |
Honoring radio manufacturers with "sparks" in their names, such as Noblitt-Sparks Industries (Arvin radios) and Sparks-Withington (Sparton radios), expect to see contest catagories and presentations featuring these radio brands.
Join us at RadioActivity this year as we celebrate our first 25 years! Expect a few silver anniversary contest catagories as well as festivities at the Friday Night Banquet.
Registration Desk will be open on Thursday evening, June 11. Other activities may be planned for then as well, stay tuned.
The Flea Market is, for many, the highlight of an antique radio meet. The RadioActivity 2009 Flea Market will open at 6:00 am on Friday morning. MAARC requests that attendees refrain from buying or selling prior to that time. The Flea Market is open to the public, and all are welcome to come through and browse or shop. People wishing to sell items are required to register for the meet and pay for space rental. Items for sale should pertain to vintage radio or television.
