Turn-It Adjustable Condenser

Postby AntiqueAL » June 1st, 2016, 7:55 pm

Going through some boxes of stuff the other day, I
came across this NIB variable capacitor. I don't remember
when or where I got it. I googled it and found some patent
info but nothing else. The instructions say to mount it in a
standard grid leak resistor spring base. The end with
the screw holds the body from turning. The other end has
a screwdriver slot to adjust the capacitor. In the
instructions is mentioned a Turn-It grid leak also.

Anyone else have one?

Anyone ever seen one in a radio?

I had this on the Antique Radio Forum and had no comments.
Thought I would post here.
