Antenna Coil Inductance and Q

I had to rewind an antenna coil. The original has an inductance of 5.4 milH and a Q of 196. Resistance is The coil I wound has an inductance of 1.4 milH and a Q of 200. Measurements taken using a HeathKit "Q" Meter. The resistance of both coils is 38 ohms. The schematic value is 20 ohms. Will the new coil work? What effect will the lower inductance have?

It rather depends what radio model it's for. If it's part of a tuned circuit, no, it won't work, it has to be the same inductance. If it's just a choke it may work at the top end of the band but not lower.
