MEETING LOCATION
Unless otherwise noted in the calendar, MAARC monthly meetings are normally being held at the
Davidsonville Family Recreation Center, Davidsonville, MD.
The Monthly Meetings are held the third Sunday of the month, except for June, the month of our big RadioActivity Meet.
Officially the meetings start at 1:30 pm, but some folks get there before Noon for informal flea marketing.
Twice a year (typically April and December) we meet at a location in Virginia instead.
The Davidsonville Recreation Center is located at the Historic NIKE Missile Site
in Anne Arundel County, MD
3789 Queen Anne Bridge Road, Davidsonville, MD.
(This address on entry gate. MapQuest and GoogleMaps give 3727 Queen Anne Bridge Rd.)
Take exit 16 onto Davidsonville Road (MD Route 424), heading South.
After about 3 miles turn Right onto Central Avenue (MD Route 214).
After 0.7 mile bear Left onto Queen Anne Bridge Road.
After 1.1 miles look for the chain link fence and signs for the Rec Center on the Left. Map to Davidsonville Family Recreation Center The red star on the map below indicates the location of the Davidsonville Recreation Center.
(The driveway entrance is just to the left of the star along Queen Anne Bridge Road).

Exit onto Central Ave. (MD Route 214) heading East.
Go approx. 10.5 miles to Patuxant River Road and turn right at the light.
After 0.8 mile make the hard left onto Queen Anne Bridge Road.
Go about 0.7 mile and the Rec Center entrance will be on your right.
(Note: a segment of Queen Anne Bridge Road joins Central Ave. prior to crossing
the Patuxant River. Do not turn there, it does not go through!)
