Meeting November 21st in Davidsonville - Meeting also on Zoom and Facebook

MAARC has many members who are at the age to be at high risk for serious effects from a COVID infection. So, even though Anne Arundel County does not have mask requirements for group meetings at this time, we will ask all attendees to wear a mask inside the meeting hall. Please follow this request for the safety of our members. We will have masks at the door for people who do not bring their own.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK INSIDE THE BUILDING.

Show and Tell: Your Three Minutes of Fame

Bring a recent acquisition, a repair tip, your favorite radio, an interesting tidbit, a difficult question. You will have maximum of three minutes to present it. You've seen other members show interesting things, now it's your turn. Collectors love to talk about their stuff; this is your chance to have a captive audience.

Program: Steve Hansman: History of the RadioBar Corporation Radios

Long time radio collector Steve Hansman will take us on a journey through the history of the RadioBar Corporation and its dual function radios that stored (rather covertly) adult beverages, glassware, and other drinking essentials. The presentation will start following Show and Tell.

Display Table

For those coming to the live meeting, please bring your Red, three-way portable radios from your collection and place them on the display table. We would love to see them!

Check calendar for other events.
