Hotel Guest Room Reservations
The special hotel rate for the event is $149 plus tax, which is considerably less than the rate of most of the hotels people stayed at last year. The cutoff date for hotel reservations is May 4. Please notify MAARC when you have reserved a room (info@maarc.org). Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates, subject to availability. Online and calls made to the reservation department will only have the option to create reservations on the contracted dates (06/04/2026-06/06/2026). Any nights made outside the contracted dates must be booked through the hotel directly (to book through the hotel directly, call 410-571-1501 to reach the hotel’s Group Housing Coordinator).

Call-In Reservations: Individuals who would like to speak with a reservation specialist instead, can reach out to the Reservations Department by calling 1-855-223-1441 and mention the Group code: ARC: OR Mid Atlantic Antique Radio Club. For any problems occurring when booking with a reservation specialist or for those who choose to book through the hotel directly, call 410-571-1501 to reach the hotel’s Group Housing Coordinator.
Additional Guestroom Details:
• A credit card is needed as a guarantee to hold the room.
• Rooms are non-smoking with complimentary parking and Wi-Fi.
• Check-In is at 3:00 pm & check-out is 11:00 am.
• Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the intended date of arrival to avoid cancellation charges
• The debit/credit card must be presented with a valid ID at check-in. No pre-paid or loaded cards will be accepted.

1:30 to 2:30 pm – Seminar: “ARC-5 WW II Command Communications,” by Joe Meagher
2:30 to 3:00 pm – Contest Viewing
3:00 to 4:00 pm – Seminar: “The Hi-Fi Audio Forum, moderated by David Rossetti
4:00 to 6:00 pm – Contest Viewing
6:00 pm – No-host Social Hour

9:30 to 11 am – Ed Lyon’s Radio Repair Clinic: Repair issues suggested by the attendees
11:30 am – Auction consignment closes. All entries must be logged in

The March and May issues of Radio Age contained an insert with all the RadioActivity details and an application form. For the fourth year we will have RadioActivity vendor spaces inside, with air conditioning! Vendors may register for spaces in the parking lot ($20 for two spaces) or inside ($30 for one table). Additional tables can be rented. Only venue tables maybe used. The number of inside spaces is limited, so register early. The indoor auctions feature some of the best items of the year. Our auctioneer will take the Saturday morning walkaround auction to all the vendor spaces.
